UMG Specialist (Unreal Engine/UE4, Remote, Contract)

No Goblin is looking for a UMG specialist who can take our design functional UI/UX and turn it into polished and shippable screens!

Your day to day will involve:

  • Creating and iterating on UI elements and UX flows using UMG
  • Fixing interaction bugs and tweaking UI blueprints
  • Smoothing out existing UX flows
  • Working closely with the designers to understand overall design needs
  • Identifying areas for improvement in the overall user experience of the game and implementing changes you feel are necessary

Skills you’re good at:

  • You are comfortable using UMG to create UI elements
  • You are able to take existing UI elements and flows to final
  • You are familiar with Unreal Blueprints
  • You can identify what players might find challenging and smooth out UX flows for ease of use

Bonus skills that puts you ahead of everyone else:

  • You have experience designing and implementing user interfaces with accessibility in mind
  • You have supplementary skills in 2D Art
